The Shoe Diet

We’ll talk diets of the strange today. How about The Shoe Diet? The philosophy that wearing the right shoes will make you feel better about yourself and make you eat better. If we are to compare shoes to diet than there may be something to owning a lot of shoes.

Our diets should be varied, complete with many healthy options across all the food groups. Maybe it is okay to have a pair in every color and a pair for every occasion and season. There are comfort shoes, shoes that allow us to walk fast, shoes for when we don’t want to go out and shoes to put on and go in a hurry. Each pair makes us feel good in some way…so should our food.
