Diet and Food Tips to Boost Your Metabolism

Another video this weekend focusing on boosting your metabolism. If you viewed yesterday’s video I have to ask if you took time to switch up your shower routine to add spurts of cold water. I imagine that is truly something to get you going in the morning!

Let’s focus a little bit more on food. I like these video tips too. I’m especially happy with the addition of green tea as a metabolism booster. Pay close attention to the first few rules since they are the most important. How often you eat in a day is key to boosting your metabolism on a regular basis.
